The order management is studied with the aim to optimize costs and reduce delivery times while maintaining the priority of the level of quality required. The quotations (offers or order confirmations) elaborated by the sales office cover the tolerances to be proposed and compliance (full or partial) to the services provided by the customer, with technical notes for support.
We are able to prepare materials for working in mechanical workshop starting from the "specific" customized production. Each preliminary operation is carefully designed to avoid waste of time, material, unnecessary intermediate processing etc. Depending on the type of request is considered all possible scenarios to provide the best product to our workshop. Impregnation, molding, cutting, calibration, dimensional control of the semi-finished product is handled in a single stream directed towards the mechanical workshop, organized for maximum reduction of waste.

The pieces are made subject to dimensional checks carried out according to criteria of criticality and consistency of measurements. Records of all production takes place in accordance with the regulations of the quality applied by the company. The finished parts are subjected to further analysis before shipping.
The quantities supplied are specified in the offer sent to the customer, it is generally considered a number of pieces that guarantees the minimum required by the customer. We can also make batches consisting of unique pieces. Based on the raw materials used may be proposed lots that optimize the consumption of the material.
